Production Timeline
Wedding dress: 12 weeks minimum
Traditional outfit: 6 weeks minimum
Bridesmaid & custom dress: 4 weeks minimum
Suits/custom suits:5 weeks minimum
NB: Outfits requested on short notice by clients attract an additional fee of 20% of the
initial cost of the dress.
FOR ANY PIECE, IF A WEEK IS SUBTRACTED FROM THE STIPULATED TIMEFRAME
OF PRODUCTION, IT IS CONSIDERED AN EXPRESS JOB.
Styling Consultation
Consultation is the process of helping a client develop or improve their personal styles or
preferences by providing professional fashion advise and recommendations through sketches
and pictorial references. However, consulting would not be necessary if you were selecting an
Elomuse design which already exists.
NB – At Elomuse Grandeur, we do not imitate fashion styles; you can rely on the Elomuse brand
to customize and bring your specification to life.
Kindly fill out the consultation questionnaire at the bottom of this file/mail. Consultations are on
appointment only and are scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
Each consultation takes about 45 minutes per person (physically or online).
Kindly provide five of your favorite designs or sources of inspiration for our lead designer to
review during your session.
– Consultation for wedding dresses (white or traditional) requires a
deposit of
50,000NGN before any further engagement such as fashion sketches, fabric sourcing etc can
begin. While consultation for custom/bridesmaid/suits requires a deposit of
30,000NGN
– Please note that the consultation fee is computed alongside your Total Payment. ( It is
non-refundable IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF THE PROCESS)To provide the design team with clarity as regards your preference/style, kindly share 3
to 5 design inspirations that you love.
ITEMS TO COME WITH DURING CONSULTATION
1. A fitted cloth( a leggings and fitted singlet or top)
2. Measurement tape in inches(for online consultations)
3. Patience- we need you to exercise patience during this process as this is a very
essential stage in creating a custom piece to achieve the best result
Payment Terms
Eighty percent of the total cost of your outfit is due upfront when the consultation procedure is
over, with the remaining amount due at the first (physical or virtual) fitting.
We will not proceed with your order if the balance is not paid after the first fitting.
However, you can decide to pay in full.
Any delay in payment will affect the date your item(s) will be delivered to you as the
production timeline starts counting immediately after payment has been made.
NB – PLEASE WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS ON YOUR
STYLE ONCE CONSULTATION HAS BEEN CONCLUDED AND WORK HAS COMMENCED.
Measurements And Fittings
There are two methods for taking measurements.
– Physically
– Virtually
If a customer would like to proceed with an order but is not available for a one-on-one
consultation, they must be measured by a professional (or a skilled hand) carefully
following the Elomuse Grandeur measuring guide. An excellent fit on your big day means
everything to us!NB – Our measurement guide must be adhered strictly, and no process must be
left out
as we will not be held responsible should there be any fitting mishap due to errors resulting from
incorrect measurements submitted. Sending a precise measurement alongside a complete
photo of yourself is crucial.
If you are available for a physical fitting, please bring your shoes (either the ones youwant to wear on your wedding day or a shoe with a similar heel length).
Shipping And Delivery
We ship both internationally and locally.
Important details about delivery and shipment include:
– Shipping rates are not fixed. They are determined by the weight of your item(s) and
location.
-Shipping/delivery fee is not included in the amount you paid for your item.
– After your outfit(s) has been produced and weighed. A shipping cost will be generated
for you.
– Payment of shipping/delivery fee is required to be paid in full before shipping can
commence.
NB – It is important to note that we do not charge a shipping fee. Our preferred shipping
company is DHL or FEDX for international shipping and GIG logistics for inter-state
delivery. However, if you have preferred companies, kindly let us know, as we are willing
to send your items through the desired company provided that it is around your location.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
International delivery timeframe: 12-14 working days.
Inter-state delivery : 5-7 working days.
NB – Delivery timeframe is not included in the production timeline stated earlier.
Styling Package
Having the ideal look and outfit for your wedding day is crucial. As a result, the Elomuse
crew may be ready to help you get dressed. But if you have a stylist , you might not need us.

Within Benin: 50,000NGN
Outside Benin: 100,000NGN
Please be aware that this charge only covers our time; transportation costs is dependent on the
location and is not included in the cost.
